Heal the Mama, Change the World.

That is the core philosophy and driving belief behind Mama Rising.

And we can only make this a reality if the Mama Rising message and the power of Matrescence is spread far and wide, to communities everywhere, and to all mamas.

Therefore, every year, we offer a number of scholarships for needs-based and minority or disadvantaged women passionate about changing the way we support and honour mothers, but who are unable to meet the financial requirements of the training.

In 2021, we are excited to be able to offer this to THREE women.

Whilst these scholarships are open to anyone facing financial difficulties, we strongly encourage women of colour, minority, members of the LGBTQ community and women who have experienced domestic abuse or financial discrimination to apply.

Whilst we take passion, purpose and dedication into account - and rate it highly - we also will take into account any further studies in health, birth, pregnancy, equality or women’s studies.

We strongly recommend including a video of yourself, telling us your vision for this work, and how you believe learning matrescence and Mama Rising will empower you and others.

It is expected that by accepting a scholarship to Mama Rising in 2021, you will have the time, energy and support to fully dedicate yourself to the weekly studies, complete the training within a reasonable timeframe, and represent the work and reputation of Mama Rising to the world.

Applications must be received by 10pm AEST Wednesday 25th August. No late applications will be accepted.

The winning applicants will be decided by a carefully chosen panel of experts in the fields of business, yoga, and post-partum care, and be announced via email on Monday August 30th.

All decisions by the panel are final.
