A big part of my work with mamas over the past six years has been online group coaching and online women's circles.
We gather together, sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly, to reflect, learn and grow together - it has been one of the greatest gifts of my work.
In these calls, mamas get to know one another - and get to know themselves.
We share our wins and our fears, and we grow together.
